Here you’ll find how to make a house feel like home, updates from the shop, and bi-weekly devotionals. My real passion has always been sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ.
I also own the This Rooted Life Shop, where I sell handmade home décor. It began with digital prints and became wood signs, tiered trays, farmhouse book stacks, pillowcases — with more still coming. I’ve never been one to sit behind a desk for long hours. Being able to create, woodwork, and connect with you has been a gift.

I moved here with my husband for his residency. I’ve always had a heart for farms — never much of a city girl. After residency we hope to run a large hobby farm. Until then I make a little of that life, here, with my hands.
Not only did Jesus save me — He is my very best friend. My husband and I have walked through recurrent pregnancy loss. God has been, and is, our anchor in that storm.
